Jeff Lennon

Vision & growth

Jeff is the reason Holly AI exists. He spent 25+ years in hospitality — nightclubs, major events and hotel chains — then taught himself software engineering by building the first app for his own company. Two years of self-directed development later, he works full stack: front-end interfaces, back-end services, data and AI agents, shipped end to end. A natural salesman and promoter with a golf-course network across the country and the world, and the founder of Catapult Golf, he finds the people, sets the standard and delivers. His vision is a family-led group where every venture keeps clean records, every dollar is traceable to its source, and the standard is set by the work itself.

Koa learned sales before he learned a balance sheet. A graduate of San Diego State's Fowler College of Business, he turned a college-fair interview into a sales role at WAXIE in San Diego straight out of college, and stayed there sharpening the account discipline and customer-first instincts the job is built on until joining Holly AI. As CFO he runs the financial spine of every venture alongside Mason Wyatt — with the frontline sales grounding that keeps the numbers honest about where the money comes from.

A trained paralegal, Jenna brings a detail-first perspective to everything she touches. As Chief of Staff she connects leadership priorities, communication and day-to-day coordination — keeping the people, paperwork and moving pieces aligned as Holly AI grows — and supports operations at Catapult Golf with the same composed, considered approach.

A finance graduate of James Madison University with minors in Economics and Entrepreneurship, he works alongside Koa on financial planning, company books and the by-the-book discipline behind every Holly AI profit center.

Operations

Evan keeps Holly AI moving. He leads company communications, delivery and operations, connecting client priorities to the team's day-to-day work through clear communication, coordination and an operating cadence that makes progress and decisions visible. He studied Business Management at James Madison University with a minor in Entrepreneurship, and cut his analytical teeth on commercial real estate analysis at Estes Express Lines.

A certified massage therapist by trade, Sarah has worked side by side with Landon running Royal Touch Casino Massage since the beginning — and she still does today. That work taught her how to read a room, put people at ease and hold the details that keep a business steady. At Holly AI she brings that same energy to the client and guest experience: she helps run onboarding, looks after the people and the small things that keep the office moving, and sets the standard for how a room feels before anyone says a word.

Kris is Holly AI's architect. Based in India, he leads international development and backend engineering — designing the systems that hold the company's data, money and documents together, and building them to a standard the whole group can grow on. He is an engineer first: careful with structure, honest about trade-offs, and the reason work moving across time zones still lands the way it would down the hall.

Jeff Lennon brings 25+ years in hospitality, spanning nightclubs, major events and hotel chains. That experience is rooted in people: seeing an opportunity, bringing the right team together and making it happen. Five years of self-taught software development added a new way to turn those ideas into working products.

Family-led, with Jeff and his son Koa at the foundation. Koa and Mason Wyatt lead finance, Evan Deloria leads operations, and Mason Scofield leads technology. Together with our wider team, we move fast without losing aesthetic, integrity or the discipline a real business needs.

We bring founders into the process, shape their ideas, build the tools and AI systems, and connect the work to sales and operations. Holly AI Group is the S Corp parent; separate project LLCs give each venture its own identity and path to growth.

Software, dashboards, AI agents, spaces and experiences. We bring the right people together to refine the human experience. Catapult Golf remains Jeff's flagship venture, supported by Holly AI. We are bootstrapped, with current operations funding in place and our work already moving.
